November 12th 2010 16:08
The first World Cup downhill race of the season kicks
out of the starting gate November 27 at Lake Louise in Alberta.
It's the only World Cup stop in Canada this season.
Men's downhill racing will run throughout the weekend. The women
race the following weekend, December 3 through 5.
Spectators can enjoy the racing and a slew of fun events, with
free hot chocolate, throughout the base area.
Lake Louise is no stranger to World Cup Racing. The resort staged
their first World Cup event in 1980, a Winter Olympic year.
