New Zealand's Cornet Peak ski area is staging two free concerts
this winter. Dane Rumble will be appearing on August 21 followed
by Midnight Youth on September 18.
For women skiers who wish to improve, Coronet Peak is running
two, two-day "Women's Ski Sessions." The first session will be
held August 17 & 18 followed by the second commencing August 19.
Each two day course includes breakfast, coaching by female
instructors, video analysis and free equipment check and
adjustment sessions. Of course there will be plenty of group
comradery to go around.
Price of the course is NZ$235 and reservations are essential.
