WINTER RAIL JAM IN THE CATSKILLS

May 14th 2010 11:38
Winter is not quite over in New York's Catskill Mountains.
There is one last hurrah on May 29 when Windham
Mountain ski area hosts an Endless Winter Rail Jam.

For the past several months, Windham has been stockpiling
and protecting its remaining snow under cover. Not enough to
cover a ski run, but amble enough to pull off a rail jam on
natural snow.

The rail jam is free and open to everyone who wants to come out
and ski and ride one last time this season.

Windham will also be opening its Adventure Park for the season
on May 29. Their park features a climbing wall, a trampoline park,

paintball course and a skateboard park.
