Plans are currently underway for two major North American
snowmaking equipment manufacturers to merge this summer.
Turbocristal, a major player in fan snowmaking technology will
be joining forces with industry giant: HKD.
If all goes well, the merged corporations will call themselves
HKD Turbo. The deal is expected to be consummated by
June 30, 2011.
Both HKD and Turbocristal have supplied snowmaking
products to customers worldwide.
