Peak Resorts, a rapidly growing empire of ski areas,
stretching from Ohio to the White Mountains of New
Hampshire has plans to launch an initial public offering.
Papers have been filed with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission.
The question is: has this corporation already over
extended itself. High debt to equity ratios. Double
digit interest rates on some of their debt?
Hmmm......brings back haunting memories of the now
defunct, American Skiing Company.
