NO CALIFORNIA HELMET LAW
September 12th 2011 12:02
In spite of California's state legislature voting in a favor of
a mandatory ski helmet law for skiers and riders under 17,
it will not become the law of this nearly bankrupt state.
Governor Jerry Brown vetoed the controversial helmet
law saying in effect that it was too burdensome to deal
with and that people can make their own choices about
helmet wear.
Are you listening New Jersey? Stop forcing laws upon
skiers and riders! Laws made by corrupt politicians who
do not understand skiing and riding.
