The debt laden Intrawest Corporation is in negotiations to
sell two more valuable properties: Panorama Mountain
Village and the Village at Squaw Valley. This announcement
comes rapidly on the heels of their sale of Copper Mountain
to Powdr Corporation.
The sale of The Village at Squaw to Squaw Valley includes
the lodging operations, six restaurants, twenty retail shops
and a health spa.
The question remains, what will the beleaguered, once mighty
Intrawest Corporation sell next? Stratton Mountain in Vermont?
Mount Tremblant in Quebec?
