FIVE DOLLAR QUEBEC SKIING

December 14th 2011 19:06
Five dollars for a full-day's lift ticket is a great deal these days,
especially when it's five dollars Canadian! This Saturday, December
17, Quebec's Mont Sutton will be celebrating 2011-12 opening day
with their 1960 opening day price. No gimmicks. No coupons. Just
present a five dollar bill at the ticket window and there you go.

To go along with the reduced-price lift ticket, there will be
free cake served in the main base lodge at 1 o'clock, followed
by the Jazz Heads band performing in Bar Le Tucker.

On Sunday December 18, opening weekend special pricing

will be C$15. Hey, C$20 for a weekend's worth of lift tickets.

Mont Sutton is located just over the Vermont border and has
been run by its founding family since 1960. It's kind of a retro
feel place with a sixties ambiance, yet with updated modern
infrastructure.

Down in the quaint village of Sutton, all the shops, bars and
restaurants will be decked out for the holidays with specials
and a welcoming party attitude this weekend.
