BARGAIN BASEMENT NH LIFT TICKET

November 16th 2009 20:30
In these times of US$80 plus overpriced lift tickets, it's refreshing
to see one ski area rolling back prices to extremely affordable
levels--at least for one day.

Cranmore ski area in North Conway, New Hampshire is slashing
its lift ticket rate to the late 1930s level of: US$3.50 for Friday
December 18.

Of course it's a promotion to get people to try the place, but
who cares? A day of skiing and snowboarding for three
dollars and fifty cents is worth checking out.

This promotion smells like a copycat scenario of
Vermont's Mad River Glen ski area's "Roll Back the

Clock" $3.50 ticket day that they have been running
on an annual basis for many years.

What's nice about these $3.50 lift ticket days is you
don't any stinking coupons or required to perform
stupid human tricks at the ticket booth to get the deal.
Just show up and fork over three fifty for the day.
